Rain Water Harvesting

Rainwater Harvesting

Rainwater harvesting is a sustainable and eco-friendly way to conserve water.

By collecting and storing rainwater, we reduce reliance on municipal water sources and save money.

Rainwater harvesting is a smart choice for any environmentally conscious homeowner.

We clean rainwater with 5 micron filters

and DI resin,

the results are 000 PPM TDS

 There is NO Waste

We get 100% of the water we clean.

We're proud of the small part we play in saving the environment.

Ok,

it may not look very pretty

but it's

Eco-Friendly

I know it sounds like we are knocking RO's, however

we are not.  They have their purpose and place,

I used to use one myself. However, having a small customer base means my water requirements can be handled with the rain we gather.

Other window cleaners

usually use a 40/40 reverse osmosis (RO) filter to remove the Totally Dissolved Solids (TDS) found in tap water,  to zero parts per million (PPM)

I tested the TDS of both my tap and rainwater,

 Tap water 289 TDS

Rainwater 48 TDS

As you san see, less solids to remove.

(ever wondered just what they add to tap water?)

Using a 40/40 RO filter is not quite what it seems.

Whilst making "Pure Water"

the filter actually wastes

in the region of 60%  in the process,

this 60% goes down the drain.

Smaller versions are available, however the waste ratio is even higher.
